Ask Me Anything!

I recently posted on my social media accounts and asked people about what they’d ask me if they could spend 15 minutes with me. 

I received a handful of them and I’m sharing a few of them here (with my answers, of course!).

Q: What are your strategies to connect to the other side on-demand? 

A: There's a lot of breathwork involved. It's not like anything crazy. But I just stay connected to my breath. And with the intention and a big deep breath, I'm able to just flip that switch. This is also how I disconnect, where I take another big deep breath, say thank you, and I'm done. 

Q: How do I know if my loved ones are still hunting with me?

A: Your intention is all it takes to connect. They also have to be willing to come from the other side. All you have to do is think of them and they're there, and that back-and-forth is happening. 

Q: Do I need to have formal mediumship training?

A: It's important to invest in yourself and to continue learning and being a student. This shows a lot of integrity and that you are willing to learn. That way, you can deepen the experience for the people who are showing up for the readings. 

Q: How do I know who is exactly around me?

A: The way that it works is you hear, see, feel, and sometimes, you get smells. There are many different ways you can receive. Sometimes, it works all together. When you're not doing this all the time, it can go very slow. But try to feel into the room. You basically know the difference between a hug from your brother and a hug from your friend. A hug from your mother is also going to feel different than a hug from your father. You will then have an idea of who it is based on that feeling. One exercise you can practice with people who are physically present is to feel into who's behind you, or how many people are behind you, or whether they're male or female. 

Q: Can somebody still be mad at you even if they've passed?

A: Anyone who has crossed over and where their soul is now in heaven, does not carry those low vibration type of feelings. Since they've passed, they're completely clear and free from all of that. There is a life review process where they can see where they may have made a left hand turn when they shouldn't have and they should have gone right, and how that has affected your life. So nobody's mad at anybody after they have passed. It's always messages of love and many apologies.
